We have vast experience in site construction. Our track record has proven our capabilities in pipe installations, structural steel, shutdowns and repairs.
To mention a few, we have in the past done notable field projects at Mittal, Lonmin, GEA water drumming building (Hage) and Scaw Metals.

Lining & Painting

Sandblasting and Painting is done by CEC at our premises. Rubber Lining is outsourced but also done at our premises in order to monitor and control progress and quality.

Project Management

Our Project Managers ensures that our valued clients are always informed on the progress of their order. Document control assists and ensures that paperwork runs in parallel with the work.

Specialised crews are assembled to do site construction and installation according to specific customer requirements.

In-house Machine Shop

CEC specializes in the fabrication of structural steel, plate work and erection work guaranteed to the highest standards.

We have a business partnership that is of the highest standards, with customer care, quality and productivity at the core of all activities.

We are proud to provide you, the valued customer with the following advantages:

· The capacity to handle 200 ton plate work and structural steelwork per month
· We believe welding sells the work and our continuous commitment and adherence to our ISO 3834 – 2 System ensures we achieve the highest quality standards
· We handle packaging, strapping, transportation and storing of equipment as per our client’s requirements
· We are able to do trail assembly of equipment either in our work bays or dedicated outside area.
· CEC can Fabricate using stainless or mild steel material in our fabrications as it is done in separate bays to avoid contamination.
· In-house machining capabilities
· We comply to and maintain an ISO 9001 Quality Management System
· We commit ourselves and our suppliers to an on-time delivery schedule, per order.
· We have a dedicated team of quality personnel on hand.
· Our SHERQ system is maintained by a third party in order to keep up to date.
